PoV USB Camera

The PoV (Point of View) USB Camera by IPEVO features an innovative pen-shaped body and a handheld grip. Attach the camera to any standard laptop screen or monitor with the included universal monitor clip for a traditional video chat perspective, or remove the camera for the freedom of a handheld perspective. Handheld mode, with its near-infinite range of viewing angles and distances, is perfect to capture everything the “talking heads” perspective can't, including closeups of business documents and images.

With a quick twist of the manual focus ring, you can make sure anything you're capturing stays in sharp focus, in a range from 40cm to infinity. For an even closer view, switch to macro mode to capture fine details, text, and more, from as close as 2.3 inches (6cm) away.

Taking snapshots is easy with the PoV's included Snap and Send software. One-touch snapshots can be  captured with the PoV's built-in Snapshot button, while the Quick Send button is designed to work with Skype to send your snapshot to a fellow Skype user during your conversation. In addition to Skype, the PoV is fully compatible with most Instant Messaging applications, including Google Talk, Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, and AOL.

The PoV, along with its software, is also able to project images on to large screens for business presentations—a very affordable alternative to expensive digital projectors indeed!
