If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, return or exchange your merchandise by going to our webpage, http://www.ipevo.com/rma. All returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. IPEVO does not refund items without a receipt.

If you purchased an item at www.ipevo.com and want to return it for a full refund, click this link: http://www.ipevo.com/rma and follow the instructions. When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund via the original method of payment.

How to Send Us Your Return or Exchange

After you have completed your online return or exchange, our customer service staff will contact you to expedite your return or exchange. Please use a signature required service such as FedEx or UPS to send your return or exchange back to us. Please do not use USPS. If you choose to use USPS, IPEVO cannot guarantee delivery of your package. Please note: if items were purchased with free shipping, a $7.00 shipping fee will be deducted from the amount credited to your account.

When Will I Get Credit for My Return or Exchange?

Received returns are generally processed within three business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
