Standard Shipping and Handling

• Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 3 to 6 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) for the United States.
• Standard shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Express (2nd day) Shipping and Handling

• Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
• Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
• Express delivery to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.
• Express delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Multiple Shipments

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order. Also, there is no shipping and handling charge for a Gift Card unless you ship via express delivery.

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

PO Boxes

We don't ship to PO Box. Most of our orders are shipped via UPS which do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Charges

It depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipping to. You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and entering your zip code or country in the Shipping Estimator on the cart page. You can also get the shipping cost during checkout - you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost.
