General Returns Policy

IPEVO stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we hope you’re happy with our products. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, return your merchandise by going to our webpage, http://www.ipevo.com/return-request. All returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. IPEVO will not refund items without a receipt.

Return Item(s) for a Refund

If you purchased an item at IPEVO Online Store and want to return it for a full refund, click this link: http://www.ipevo.com/return-request and follow the instructions. When we receive your returned item(s), we will refund via the original method of payment.

How to Send Us Your Return

After you have completed your online return, our customer service staff will contact you to expedite your return. Please use a signature-required service such as FedEx or UPS to send your return back to us. Please do not use USPS. If you choose to use USPS, IPEVO cannot guarantee the collection of your package.

Please note: if items were purchased with free shipping, a $7.00 shipping fee will be deducted from the amount credited to your account.

Receiving a Refund

We'll issue a refund after we receive and process your return. For items sent to our Return Center, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner.

The return process includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper.
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return.
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
  • We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the refunded item.
Can I return/exchange items that I bought from other retail stores or another online reseller?

If you've purchased your IPEVO products from places other than the IPEVO Online Store, we can only process exchanges. Please fill out our Online Return Application to submit your request.
